Job Title : Internal Communications Specialist (Part-Time-30 hours per week)

Company Overview : We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time temporary Internal Communications Specialist to join our team to ensure seamless communication flows within the organization.

Job Description : The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing internal communications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear and concise messages, managing internal communication channels, and ensuring that all CE associates are informed and engaged with the company's initiatives and updates.

• Support the development and oversee the implementation of effective internal communication strategies and plans to facilitate transparent and consistent messaging across the organization.
• Write, edit, and distribute content, including newsletters, company announcements, intranet updates, and other internal communications materials.
• Maintain and update content on the CE intranet.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and craft messages that resonate with all staff levels.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events, such as town halls, webinars, and staff meetings.
• Ensure communication consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide communications support and advice to team members regularly.
• Manage internal communications calendar and ensure timely execution of communication initiatives.

• Utilizing strong time management skills with a sense of urgency, able to juggle multiple ongoing projects while moving them all forward and meeting deadlines.
